Front-loading process

It is a system which requires a party filing an action in court to make all his papers (documents) available at once so as ensure a speedy trial of the case. For instance, a plaintiff is required to commence his suit by filing the following documents at once: writ of summons, statement of claim, list of witnesses, witnesses' statements on oath, list of documents and photocopies of all the documents already listed.
