No case submission, known as "No Case To Answer" in common language, is an application that is made by a suspect which is meant to terminate the prosecution's case prematurely by asserting that the prosecution has failed to establish a tangible case against the suspect which would warrant him to give evidence in his defence. If a court accedes to this kind of application, then the court would make an order discharging and acquitting the suspect.
