Distance learning

Distance learning is a method of study in which students study mostly at home, receiving and sending work to their teachers by post or email.

Distance learning is divided into two models: synchronous learning and asynchronous learning. Asynchronous learning is the opposite of synchronous learning where all students gather to learn at the same time.
