An appeal is a request made by a party to a higher tribunal for review of the judgment of a lower tribunal. The right of a party to appeal against any decision that he is not pleased with is a constitutional right which means that nothing can take it away except he decides not to exercise it.

Decisions of every court are subject to appeal except those of the Supreme Court because by law whatever decision given by the Supreme Court is final.
